2. Practice Daily Affirmations
Speak words of kindness to yourself. Affirmations like “I am worthy of love and care” or “I radiate confidence and peace” can transform your mindset and build self-compassion. The words you speak to yourself shape your reality. Daily affirmations aren’t just empty phrases—they’re tools to reprogram your subconscious mind and align your thoughts with your goals.

Before bed, take a moment to journal or reflect on your day. How was your overall mood (no right or wrong answer here)? What are 3 things that went well today? What are 3 things in your day you want to let go of? This helps you offload and reset so you aren’t carrying any suppressed emotions during your day tomorrow.
9. Protect Your Energy
Set boundaries and choose what aligns with your peace and purpose. Your time and energy are sacred—spend them on what truly matters to you. I’ve been recently setting a boundary that I won’t be replying to any WhatsApp’s past 6pm every night. So I can focus on my internal world, wind down, be present and infuse my time with beneficial activities like reading and taking notes daily on topics that interested me (psychology, neuro plasticity, self development/self love and tantra are the current themes right now)...instead of mindlessly phone scrolling scrolling.
